Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • Platform — Oscroh, accessible at oscroh.app
  • Client — a registered user who books companion services
  • Companion — a registered service provider who lists their availability
  • Booking — a confirmed engagement between a Client and Companion
  • Escrow — funds held by Oscroh on behalf of both parties until session completion

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Oscroh. Use is restricted to Nigerian residents. Companions must supply a valid government-issued ID as part of the KYC process before becoming bookable.

3. Companion Obligations

Companions must maintain an accurate profile, arrive on time for confirmed bookings, and conduct themselves professionally at all times. Misrepresentation of identity, age, or services is grounds for immediate permanent ban.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must treat companions with dignity and respect, provide accurate booking information, and not attempt to circumvent the platform by transacting off-platform.

5. Payments and Escrow

All payments are held in escrow by Oscroh until the Client confirms session completion. Oscroh charges a platform fee (disclosed at booking time) deducted from the companion's payout. The Client is charged the full booking amount; the companion receives the remainder after the platform fee. Clients must fund their wallet before booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • • Client cancels before companion confirms → full refund to wallet
  • • Client cancels after companion confirms → 50% refund to wallet
  • • Companion no-show (2+ hours after booking start) → full refund to client wallet

7. Disputes

Clients may raise a dispute within 24 hours of a session being marked complete. Companions have 48 hours to respond. Oscroh admins make the final decision on release, refund, or split resolution.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, violence, threats, illegal activity, or any behaviour that endangers safety results in immediate permanent account ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oscroh is a technology platform connecting clients and companions. Oscroh is not an employer of companions and is not liable for the conduct of any party during a session. We facilitate secure payments and dispute resolution only.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
